Forwarding charges have to be paid by the Customer and they are indicated when the Customer makes the order. Items payment can be chosen by the customer at order time.

No other payment or charges are due to JepBankNotes.
The period for delivery of items can go through changes. Orders will be carried out within 10days; anyway they can delay because of circumstances beyond’s JBN control or traffic conditions or Authority

Return policy
According to the provisions of the law 11, comma 2, of D.P.R. n. 513/97, D.L. n. 50/92 disposals will be applied about receding rights: for every claim, even without specify the reason, Jepbanknotes must be notified of any return in writing or by contacting within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Item(s) must be filed to Jepbanknotes by Registered Mail with insurance for the full amount of the item(s) within 10 business days of receiving the shipment.
The Customer should contact Jepbanknotes as following:
1) Through AR registered mail to: VANDI PARIDE casella postale 34 - 47822 S.Arcangelo di Romagna (RN)
2) E-mail to: info@jepbanknotes.com and registered mail(within the following 48hours) to: VANDI PARIDE casella postale 82 - 47822 S.Arcangelo di Romagna (RN)
Jepbanknotes will give the Customer back the full amount of the items, delivery charges excluded.
